SYNC CONTROL SYSTEM

"We've been working hard on the Sync Control System this past year to make it a safe, functional, and market-leading system. Some of the features of this new bar will include a patent pending dual axis auto swivel, click-in quick release, full EVA bar ends, dual density bar grips, and much more. We have also evolved the look of the Sync bar from the torque system, which gives it a fresh, very expensive high-end feel. This year we have also paired the bar with Braidtech SK99 flying lines, which are thin and extremally strong, reducing the flying drag and making water relaunches easy. We will soon start the real-world testing phase to ensure the bar functions perfectly when it arrives in your shops in January 2024."

NAISH WINDSURFING

Windsurfing is the market where it all started for Naish. Over 80% of the windsurfing market is Freeride/Freerace, and Naish has not been leading in this area for quite a while. That is going to change, big time. We are all in full swing on developing Freeride and Freerace windsurf boards. At the same time, we are working on Freeride and Freerace cambered and non-cambered sails. The boards and sails will be released in January 2024, giving our sales force plenty of time to prepare for the launch of the new products. These are exciting times!

HOVER DOWNWIND NEW SIZE: 110 L

The Hover DW 110 will be on the upcoming order #1. The board will be an addition to the current Hover DW range, which is gaining popularity quickly. The Hover DW 110 features a longer, more narrow outline style suited for higher-skilled riders for downwind foiling and racing. The dimensions are 7’8’’ x 20” x 5.6” at 110 liters.

Naish Pivot contra Fone Bandido

Hola a todos,

actualmente estoy volando un Bandit 9m 2016. Peso 75 kg y uso los 9 m principalmente en Blouberg con vientos que oscilan entre 16 y 25 nudos. Me gusta sobre todo impulsar y comencé a aprender a hacer bucles hace unos meses.

Estoy considerando comprar un Bandit 2018 o un Pivot 2018, y estoy buscando comprar un 10m.

Algunas de mis preocupaciones, he leído que el Pivot tiene una gran gama baja, por lo que esperaba obtener una idea de su gama alta específicamente porque estoy buscando pasar de 9m-10m. Además, el bandido es muy receptivo y los bucles son fáciles (al menos para un principiante), ¿el Pivot sería el mismo?

Y luego, en general, la Pivot es un buen refuerzo y si puede comparar las dos cometas, ¡cualquier comentario general sería muy apreciado!

Estoy montando Pivots y monté un bandido de amigos (10 m, creo que la versión 2017) una vez. Me gustó el bandido también. No me importaría tener un carcaj de esos.
Los Pivots tienen muy buenos graves pero no tienen un rango más amplio que otras cometas. Entonces puedes montar 1 m más pequeño (lo cual es bueno) y tener el mismo alcance.
Tengo el mismo peso, en tu rango de viento 16-25 con 20 nudos como punto óptimo. Monto mi 8 m (Mi carcaj: 11 m/8 m Pivot, 7 m/5 m Slash). En comparación

con la Bandit, usaría una talla menos en la Pivot. El Bandit tiene más forma de C y el Pivot es algo más abierto. También tengo un Naish Dash (C-Hybrid) en 9m y mi Pivot de 8m tiene un rango similar.

Los pivots son excelentes saltadores y son muy adecuados para aprender kiteloops (personalmente, solo estoy haciendo heliloops).
